Hi guys,
Wondering if anyone can answer a question for me; I drive an Astra GTC with a CD400 Plus unit, I use the USB to listen to music on my phone so I can also use the multifunction controls on the steering wheel to swap songs safely and easily, however, I recently swapped my phone from an iPhone 5 to a Samsung Galaxy S5 and it no longer picks up the phone through the USB. Any advice on how I can sort this?
I don't know if this will help you

Not having a factory head unit I can't really give you any advise.

Thanks mate, sadly the list for Samsung's stops at S4 and I have the S5 haha, and what unit do you have, out of interest?
That's a bugger then.

Sure someone be along soon that will know the answer.

I did have a kenwood 9210BT but have just upgraded to a kenwood 7250DAB unit.
I have the CD400 plus and the wife has a S5, I will try tomorrow and see if it works

Thanks mate, still havn't found a solution
Does anyone use spotify with iPhone on USB with cd400 and can comment on if it works well? Ideally I want to use it for that and still have my sat nav on the phone come through too and still work with the oem hands free. Trying to work out if I fork out for USB or go aftermarket but then if I go aftermarket then I lose the factory handsfree :/

If you add the factory USB you will still keep the Bluetooth can not comment on Spotify as o don't use that but yes it should play it
