Yo Guys!!

Wondering how the auto dimming mirror is installed? Would it just replace my current bottom end mirror or would I need some additional parts like a cover or something?

I've found one on eBay which looks like this:

Check the how to section out mate I did a how to on there you just need a loom and it will work there is a cover but you need the correct windscreen for it to fit not needed really plug and play fit no programing needed

I'm just itching to do some work on the car but not sure what first!!! Ha. I wanted to do the fog lights really but it's a ball ache finding the fog light/indicator holder :(

Yeah just seen it thanks again. Issue I'd have is I wouldn't want the wire to be visible and I don't want to have a sun strip to hide it...

Hardly noticeable really it works very well at night and is bigger than standard worth having just as a mirror

I hate wires aswell mate but I can live with this. I used the genuine loom for the mirror and sensors and trimmed it down to the essential wires only. Bit of heat shrink and it's ok. I've took a few pictures for you

kool mate, you should get the surround for it mate

No point Lewis as he doesn't have the pegs on the screen and TBH would need to tint the area so it could be bonded on.

Looks spot on that @bhalay207! I'll have to wait till next month now though as I have blown my allotted car money this month on the dash cam haha

I had the same set up on my focus only the wire was linger and more visible so this is perfect in comparison lol
