its been awhile since I have posted some in here and updated this, with the great help from Rusty we have fitted Navi600 to my car and also TPMS
So from the cd400 to the Navi600 have to say it was well worth it and am pleased with it. I have also done the Navi600 to Navi900 Firmware flash so I get the speed camera warnings.
dont have a full pic of the cd400 but we know how rubbish it looks
Here is the end result
With the Navi600 in we was able to add the Navigation menu on the IPC
Fitting the TPMS module so removing the bumper taking out the old loom and fitting the new loom part number 13373300
Also fitted the Corsa VXR side repeaters thought they looked good

Looks spot on. Similar to my pipe dream, having the nav fitted. If you don't mind me asking what was the total cost of fitting the nav including buying the hardware?

I paid £250 for the Navi had to replace a part which cost an extra £50 and the brought the Nav CD which was £70

Not as bad as I expected. Did you get the loom aswell? Is the 600 the newer one that's being fitted now?

That's a 650 so would have to be fitted to right model year or GM won't supply a VCI code iirc 2014 on

vauxhall really dont want people messing with their cars, mean barstewards

Very nice mods, like the side repeaters and especially the navi upgrade, sets the inside of the car up perfectly.
@Rusty2009 Does that mean that you just need someone with a 2014 astra to request the code for you?

As long as it would of been to year from factory a VCI code can be obtained. The VCI code will program the unit to the VIN of the BCM so you couldn't fit it to a car program it and move it to 2011 as it would then again be in theft protect mode
