I used that email address to put in a complaint last year and they phoned me back.

It was vauxhall call centre who phoned me then they got onto the dealer.

after complaining to Vauxhall head office GM at this moment all they are going to do is fix it again by plastic welding it..

I have asked a manager to call me tomorrow and I will push for a new bumper

now the manager of my local dealer has told me this evening its silly that I have made a complaint. Due to the fact in his eye they have fixed it twice already!

Well if I didn't have to get it fixed yet again then I wouldn't of made the ****ing complaint. As I didn't expect to get my car repaired by you and broken by you.... not happy!!

well final outcome i had one last fix, now if anything goes wrong its my responsibility.
So not happy...
Still getting issue with fuel usage aswell... :( dunno what to do

OK run the tank down to empty mark
and fill the tank to the brim
and zero the millage
when the tank gets back to the empty mark
then tell me what the mileage is
and i will work your MPG out
and tell you what you are getting.
